Estate Sale & Downsizing Kit

Clear a whole house in order: search it first, let the family pick, run the sale, then hand over the house.

What you get: 16 print-at-home pages (US Letter) + editable Canva copy

Not legal advice. If someone has passed away, talk with the estate's executor or a probate lawyer before selling anything.

Created by me.

Who it's for

Adult children clearing a parent's home, downsizers running their own whole-house sale, and families handling a house without hiring a sale company.

A start-here order, a before-anything-leaves search list and a room-by-room inventory
A family wish list and a fair family pick order
A worth-a-second-look list and a run-it-yourself or hire-help check
A sale plan and timeline, a pricing and markdown plan, room signs and family tags, and sale-day roles
A holds and big-item log, a sale money record, a leftovers plan and a house handover checklist

What to do each day the week before a yard sale or a town-wide tag sale weekend.

Sort, price and sell what you won't pack, and put the money toward the move.
